Howick & St Heliers Judo Club has been proudly running for over 50 years!
Judo is a martial art/sport that does not involve kicking or punching, but instead uses throwing techniques to take your opponent to the ground, and then holding them in submission. As well as learning the skills and techniques of Judo, students develop the following:
We take students of all ages and abilities from 5 years old and above. Feel free to come and give it a try!
